The last, and the most reasonable conspiracy theory is that IVY stands for the roman number 4.  Which may be sentimental to the power couple.  Both of their birthdays are on the fourth and they got married on that day.  Also the Destiny Child singer's last album was named four. BLUE is suggested to stand for Jays successful album, Blueprint.
